33 cosy m², renovated in chalet style
On the 1st floor of the Les Tournavelles 2 residence, with a lift, the apartment was fully renovated in 2017 in a chalet spirit: wood, warm fabrics and clever storage.
It has a 12 m² living room open to a fitted kitchen, a 7 m² separate bedroom, a renovated Charlotte Perriand bathroom, a separate toilet and a 4.8 m² balcony overlooking a quiet little square on the Villards side.

The Les Arcs ski area, linked to La Plagne by the Vanoise Express to form Paradiski, starts at the foot of the residence. Off the slopes: snowshoeing, dog sledding, paragliding, the Mille 8 centre, sunny terraces and evenings at La Folie Douce.
In summer
Hiking, mountain biking, golf facing Mont Blanc, climbing, paragliding, horse riding, rafting and canyoning in the valley: something for all ages, starting from the apartment.

L'appartement est situé dans la résidence Les Tournavelles, au centre de la station des Arcs 1800. Quel bonheur de se lever et d'être sur les pistes en même pas 5 min ! Le premier télésiège pour rejoindre les pistes de ski est à 200m.
L'appartement en location, refait à neuf, dispose de tout le confort nécessaire pour 5 personnes et propose un accès rapide au front de neige. Un appartement au pied des pistes et chaleureux !

What are the arrival and departure days and times?
The apartment is rented by the week, Saturday to Saturday. Arrival is possible from 4 pm and departure is by 12 noon at the latest. These times can sometimes be adjusted depending on the previous and next guests.
Are utilities included in the price?
Yes. The price shown for each week is all inclusive, with unlimited Wi-Fi.
How does booking work?
Choose an available week and send your request. We send you the rental agreement: the booking is confirmed on receipt of a 30% deposit by bank transfer. The balance is due no later than 30 days before arrival, together with a ¤500 security deposit, returned after departure.
Are bedding and cleaning provided?
Duvets and pillows are provided. End-of-stay cleaning is done by the guests; a cleaning service can be arranged through our provider.
Can I get to Les Arcs 1800 without a car?
Yes. The train takes you to Bourg-Saint-Maurice station, where the Arc-en-Ciel funicular climbs to Arc 1600 in 7 minutes, then a shuttle bus takes you to Arc 1800. There is a bus stop at the foot of the residence and all shops are within walking distance.
Where can I park?
In winter, a paid car park at the entrance to the resort can be booked in advance. A free car park is located about 1 km from the resort entrance.

Yes. The Les Tournavelles 2 residence opens onto the slopes of the Villards village, next to the Villards gondola and the Transarc. The apartment is on the 1st floor, with a lift.
